ORDER STATUS

You will receive a confirmation email once we receive your order. When your order has shipped, we will send you an additional email that includes a UPS tracking number for your package. Please note that it may take up to 48 hours after your order to receive tracking information.

CANCELLATIONS

Once an order is submitted, we are unable to change or cancel the order. If you have additional questions about your order, please contact ABSOLUTELY INC directly by phone at 416-922-6784.

PAYMENT OPTIONS

ABSOLUTELY INC accepts the following credit cards: Visa, MasterCard,Visa Debit, and email transfers. We do not accept debit, cheques, cash, or money orders. Payments will be processed in Canadian Dollars. Charges for shipping and handling will be made in accordance with our then-current shipping policies, as described below.

SALES TAX

Sales tax will be added to orders shipping to Ontario. Please note that tax calculations are based on province and country locations of the shipping address on your order. Shipments to any other country outside of Canada will be subject to duties.

Please Note:  Any and all duties will be your responsibility and will be determined by the customs department in accordance to the laws in each specific region.

We will inform you of the shipping costs for the shipment method you would have selected in the order summary displayed on this Website before you confirm your order. This amount will be payable by you in addition to the price, including taxes, of the goods ordered.

Online Purchase Returns
If for any reason you are not happy with your Absolutely Inc. online purchases, we’re pleased to accept timely returns of new and unused products within 7 days from the date you received your order, for a Credit Note.  If you choose in-store pickup you have 30 days to return the piece for a credit note. Store credits will be issued at time of return. Please note, this applies only to merchandise purchased online and not in store. If you've taken an item on approval, and purchased online, this does NOT apply. 

Merchandise purchased in store must be returned within 30 days. You're entitled to a store credit only. NO REFUNDS Returns can be refunded as Absolutely Inc credits.

We will only accept returns for items that have not been used or altered in any way. All tags must be attached and the product must be in its original packaging. 

Any returned products which are damaged, do not include the packaging materials, soiled, or altered may not be accepted and will be returned to you. Refunds or credits will not be processed until the items are returned and inspected by Absolutely Inc.

Sale merchandise is a FINAL SALE. Damaged or faulty products will be replaced or repaired, where possible and subject to availability. Where possible we will offer to repair the faulty item.  


Final Sale
All products not eligible to be returned will be noted in the Product Details or listed below. No returns or exchanges will be accepted on the following items and sales of the following items are considered Final Sale:

  • Vintage Items-including accessories, furniture, art, and lighting
  • Vintage Jewellery
  • Customized items and orders

HOW TO MAKE A RETURN

STEP 1:

Returns must be sent in their original condition and packaging to the following address:

You must enclose the original receipt with your returns, or a copy if you are returning part of your order.

  •  Reference and comply with the Return Instructions enclosed in your original order and place it inside the return package

 If you are making an exchange and the total cost of your exchange is more than the amount of your return, please contact Absolutely Inc, customer for further assistance

STEP 2:

Please affix the return Label onto Package. Note that we’re not responsible for Shipping Fees. If it is sent COD the amount of the shipping will be deducted from your refund.
